I am a Supply Chain & Logistics Transformation professional with 7+ years of experience across FMCG, automotive and transportation environments in Canada and India.
At Mondelēz International, I lead the OTIF performance-management workstream for the relevant Canadian transportation scope. Carrier-level root-cause analysis, corrective-action governance and cross-functional alignment helped improve annual OTIF from 83.3% to 94.5%. In June 2026, OTIF reached 97.8%, the highest across Mondelēz business units globally.
My current work also covers multi-round carrier sourcing, regional portfolio recommendations, LTL-versus-FTL economics, freight-audit exceptions, Uber Freight TMS adoption and analytics. Earlier, I supported WMS and smart-warehouse improvement, MES, SAP and IoT-enabled Supply Chain 4.0 work, plus YMS-related yard-flow processes at Daimler, and managed 60,000+ Ford service parts at a 99% fill rate.
In parallel, I co-founded EXPENIQ, where I turn customer problems into product requirements, governed workflows and release decisions. It is a product-building chapter that complements, rather than replaces, my supply-chain career.

AI can increase research and execution speed. Important product, security, privacy, tax-domain and release decisions still require evidence and accountable human review.
In financial-record software, security, privacy, customer-data separation, truthful language, review gates and recovery paths are product requirements, not launch-day additions.
A useful product connects capture, classification, documentation, review, close and handoff rather than optimizing one attractive feature in isolation.
Unknown, incomplete or review-needed information should remain explicit. The interface should never invent tax certainty to create a prettier experience.
Small, documented and reviewable decisions make each future improvement safer, faster and easier to understand.
The goal is not to make software appear intelligent. The goal is to build a system that becomes more useful, trustworthy and extensible because the way it is built compounds.
