From operational detail to enterprise decisions

At Mondelēz International, Adithhya leads the OTIF performance-management workstream for the relevant Canadian transportation scope. The broader cross-functional program improved annual OTIF from 83.3% to 94.5%; in June 2026, OTIF reached 97.8%, the highest across Mondelēz business units globally for the month.

Earlier roles included managing 60,000+ Ford service parts at a 99% fill rate and contributing to Daimler smart-logistics work spanning WMS improvement, SAP, MES, Rockwell Automation/IoT, centralized kitting, E-Kanban and material-flow digitalization.

In parallel, Adithhya is a Co-Founder and Product Builder at EXPENIQ, a private-beta Canadian business-record platform. This founder chapter complements his supply-chain career through product requirements, governed workflows, privacy and security review, AI-assisted development and accountable release decisions.
